Based in the Waterloo Region where it was founded, You vs You Basketball Training offers an intensive and technical fitness experience to co-ed youth, college and professional players who are dedicated to enhancing their basketball skills. We lead a variety of exercises during our indoor and outdoor training sessions that focus on conditioning, strength training, ball handling, shooting, teamwork and athletic mentality.
Your only competition is yourself. You have to be the person to push yourself past your comfort zone, and getting past that comfort zone is how you get better, mentally and physically.
